Closing date for applications is Wednesday 27th April 2016 at 12:00pm


As part of our sustainability policy we will no longer provide printed delegate packs on the day, this is to reduce our environmental impact and printing costs. Your delegate pack will be emailed to you in advance.
However you will receive a badge when you sign in at the venue which will show your workshop options and where to go.
There will be ample assistance on the day to ensure you know where you have to be.


12 CPD Credits have been approved by The Royal College of Physicians

                                           (6 Credits per day)

How to Apply and Register for the Conference:


To register please complete the Booking form (all fields must be completed, or your form cannot be processed)

For all SAS Doctors in the South West Geography there is no charge to attend this conference, this includes the dinner on 10th may


For delegates who would like to attend from outside the Health Education South West geography 30 places have been reserved on a first-come first-served basis

National participants will be charged £75 per day for the conference and £25 for the dinner - This can be paid on the day by cash or cheque or in advance by sending a cheque payment with your application form to:
