Clinical Leadership for trainers - supporting our trainees in their leadership development

Category: Educational/Clinical Supervisors - Supporting Trainees

Date: March 14th 2023 5:30pm until 7:00pm

Location: Zoom

Who is this for?

The GMC recommends that leadership education be embedded into training from entry into medical school and right through specialty training. It is also now part of specialist curricula. We are offering this workshop for Educational Supervisors who feel that they’d like to know more about this. It can be hard to know where to start!

What will be offered?

• Why leadership development is important
• Where do we start, and where can they start?
• How can we build leadership development into everyday work?
• How do I build my knowledge and confidence in training others around leadership?
